Lindsey McClanathan

Lindsey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a member of the National Association of Social Workers. She earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of Illinois- Champaign with a focus in Mental Health and Evidence-Based Practice.
Her special interests include depression, anxiety, attachment, trauma, stress coping, life adjustments, parent-child relational issues, and child behaviors. She has experience working with children, teens, and their families, along with adults. Lindsey is also an EMDR trained therapist.
Lindsey operates from a strengths perspective, offering hope and healing to families. She believes in the worth and dignity of each individual and desires that they feel valued and understood.
She and her husband have two children and reside in the Rockford area. When she's not working, she enjoys cooking, swimming, biking, and being with family and friends.

Kelcy Ainsworth
LMFT
Kelcy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University.
Her special interests include: college age/life transition work, maternal mental health and infertility, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She has experience working with children, teens, and families. Kelcy is also an EMDR trained therapist.
Kelcy works from a systemic approach. She believes that healing the relationships with the important people in an individual’s life can play a key role in building happiness. Kelcy hopes that each person feels valued, empowered, and hopeful for the future.
Kelcy, her husband, and daughter, and two dogs reside in the Rockford area. She enjoys hiking, cooking, art, and spending time with friends and family.

Matt Sage
LCPC
Matt is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). He earned his Bachelor's degree at Northern Illinois University in 2010 and his Master's in counseling at Eastern Illinois University in 2012. Matt spent his first five years in the field working at a local adolescent inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, where he did individual, group, and family counseling.
Matt has been working as a private practice therapist since 2017. His special interests include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, life transitions, and anger. He utilizes different treatment modalities to meet the needs of clients, but ultimately wants clients to feel seen, heard, valued, and empowered.
Matt has lived in the greater Rockford area since 2005. He is married and has two children at home. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, nature, playing sports, and spending time with friends.

Joslyn Huntsman
LCSW
Joslyn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She earned her Master in Social Work degree from George Williams College of Aurora University with a focus in School Social Work. She is also a Certified Trauma Professional in Education (CTP-E).
Her special interests include attachment, trauma, anxiety, depression, and school-related issues with children. She has experience working with children of all ages -- early childhood through high school -- as well as adults and families.
Joslyn prioritizes a strengths-based, client-centered perspective during sessions. She believes each and every person deserves to feel valued and understood. Joslyn also uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to empower clients to examine their patterns of thinking or behavior in order to improve the way they feel.
Joslyn and her husband have two daughters and reside in the Rockford area. In her free time, she enjoys watching TV, working on scrapbooks, and traveling.

She enjoys working with pre-teens, teens, college-age, adults, and families. She operates from a strengths-based, client-centered approach and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients in learning about how thoughts feelings, and behaviors work together. Ultimately, she desires for each of her clients to find worth and hope for the future.
Tess and her husband have two children, a son, and a daughter, and reside in the Rockford area. In her free time, she enjoys reading, camping, hiking, taking walks around the neighborhood, hanging with family and friends, and traveling.

Patrick Oriedo
MSW, CADC
Patrick earned his Master's in Social Work (MSW) from Walden University with a concentration in addictions. He is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with over five years of experience with substance use treatment and early recovery support.
Patrick enjoys working with, emerging adults, and families and adheres to a person-centered, strength-based approach. He embraces each individual’s unique qualities and cultural aspects while acknowledging the social complexities of the world they interact with. Patrick embraces the stages of change model and seeks to serve by empowering others at each stage in their journey. He believes in using adaptable interventions that address the individual needs of each client and their lifestyle dynamics, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Patrick’s special interests include depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, substance use, delinquent or criminal behavior, and recidivism.
Patrick and his wife have one son and reside in the Rockford area. In his free time, Patrick enjoys stand-up comedy, trying-out new ethnic cuisines, road trips, and spending time with family and friends.

Jasmine Flores
MFT
Jasmine is a bilingual Spanish-Speaking couples and family therapist. She recently earned her Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University.
Her special interests include depression, anxiety, ADHD, relational issues, cultural identity, and life transitions. Jasmine enjoys working with individuals (ages 6+), couples, and families to create new ways of relating to each other, along with managing complex emotions and improving communication skills. Being a part of the Latino population, she understands the importance of community, connection, and cultural strengths and she also aims to exemplify this when working with her clients.
Drawing from Narrative Therapy, Bowen Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy, she tailors her approach to meet the individualized needs of each of her client(s) in order to help them achieve their goals.
Jasmine resides near the Rockford area. In her free time, she enjoys being out in nature, going to concerts, and spending time with her family and friends.

Meredith Domanico

Meredith earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Judson University. She describes life as a journey filled with great experiences, hard times, seasons we find ourselves celebrating, and ones we wish we could forget. Meredith's desire to help individuals find their true, healthy selves no matter what they are currently experiencing. She believes that all people are capable of growth and change. She finds it an honor, joy, and privilege to get to know one’s story, understand their uniqueness, and journey alongside them.
Meredith enjoys working with individuals 11 & up to help them navigate the season of life in which they find themselves and struggles they may be experiencing. She tailors her therapeutic approach to the person sitting across from her with the primary purpose of creating a strong, trusting relationship where clients feel safe to talk about anything. Meredith's goal is to empower individuals with the tools and support necessary to get where they want to be. Additionally Meredith offers, integrate faith-focused interventions for those that desire that direction of care.
Outside the office Meredith enjoys spending time with family and friends, tending to numerous houseplants, and being active.

Clinical Intern
Chloe is pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Moody Theological Seminary. Chloe has worked as a caseworker for women, children, and traumatized families. She has assisted them in maintaining sobriety, employment, and finding homes. Chloe’s special interests include trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and anger. She operates from a person-centered and strengths-based approach as she believes everyone has their own unique abilities and resources to pursue growth and healing. Chloe hopes to provide a space where her clients can feel seen and safe, so they may face life with the tools to succeed while feeling empowered and confident.
Chloe resides in the Rockford area but grew up in central Italy. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, exploring Rockford parks and trails, gardening, hosting dinner parties with friends and family, and visiting Chicago.

Robin Arnold
Admin Assistant
Robin is an Administrative Assistant who handles insurance verification, client payments, scheduling, and returns phone and email inquiries. When contacting the office Robin is who you will most likely be in touch with. She earned her Bachelors in Business Administration at Mansfield University. Robin enjoys working with new and existing clients to help understand insurance coverages and payment options.
Robin and her husband reside in Champaign, Illinois where she works remotely. She and her husband travel for fun and to sell his art at festivals and expos. When Robin is not working or traveling she enjoys home remodeling projects, reading comics, and consuming anything Star Wars.
